Synopsis:
When the wealthy daughter of a politician is kidnapped, the BAU need the help of her father and mirror twin to try to find her.

Set in:
Washington D.C.
Best Moments Between Characters:
  • The first scene in the BAU where Morgan and Reid are discussing Reid and JJ's trip to the Redskins game, and Reid turns the tables on Morgan and asks him why women keep throwing themselves at him.
  • When Mr. Davenport is talking to Gideon and Reid about the twins. Gideon takes the book about mirror twins from Mr. Davenport, hands it to Reid and continues asking questions. Reid's ability to read so fast startles Mr. Davenport.
Best Lines:
  • Elle: You took a taser hit.
    Morgan: Yeah, I know I did. So what?
    Elle: So, no one expects you to finish the Davenport file tonight.
    Morgan: Yeah, well, I guess it's still a little fresh in my mind. Nothing like fifty thousand volts in your back to keep your motor running, right?

  • Reid: Must be tough, man.
  • Morgan: *laughing* Not really.
  • Reid: What do you mean? You don't do anything and these women are just throwing themselves at you.
  • Morgan: Strictly off limits, Reid.

  • Morgan: See my code of survival says never mess with a woman who carries a gun.
  • Reid: I don't know everything. I mean, despite the fact that you think that I do.
    Morgan: I never said that. When have I ever said that?
    Reid: Every day since I met you.
    Elle: This morning at breakfast.
    Hotch: Yesterday when he beat you at cards.
The turning point in the investigation:
When Cheryl, the twin of the kidnapped girl, is almost abducted herself at the ransom drop, Morgan and Hotch realized that the kidnapping isn't about money or revenge -- it's about obsession.

Whodunit?
Vincent Shyer, a member of the local FBI field office who is loosely acquainted with the girls' father, and who has harbored a secret obsession over them for years.

This is such a good episode. When the kidnapper went into the room with Cheoryl and Elle came in i thought the guy was going to like stab Elle or something i was so scared, Elle and JJ are like my girls.:P! I loved this so much

This is the episode where one of the twin girls was kidnapped and the unsub gives his own profile (a profile I don't think we're supposed to count as true about them) of the team. The unsub is the FBI agent and he's in the house with the team, so he overhears things that he can use. He heard them talking about Reid beating Morgan at cards, so he said that Reid could make money counting cards. But, then, he said that Hotch left his pregnant wife. How did he know that? Was he at the BAU when Hotch was on the phone with Haley? Or when Hotch and Elle were talking? I don't think the subject came up after they got to the house, and I don't think it would just be common knowledge.
