Synopsis:
Reid finds himself in danger when he falls for a starlet whose stalker has turned into a killer.

Best Moments Between Characters:
  • When the artist, Pinky, talked to Gideon. As soon as she left him, Gideon grabbed Reid and bolted from the gallery.
  • When Reid talked with Morgan at the end about how to deal with his feelings about Lila.
  • When Reid and Lila were kissing each other in the pool.
  • Goof: When Natilie Ryan was on the phone before she answered the door her hair was down. A few seconds later when she answered the door her hair was up very neatly.

  • Pinky (Artist) (to Gideon): "If I weren't a lesbian I'd jump your bones. I've always had this thing for middle aged men. And you have the piercing, discerning eyes which remind me of my father who was a shrink. And I'm like, God. I am so hot."

    Reid (about to choke on his soda): "Shut up."
  • Lila (insisting that Reid join her in the pool): "Spence, you need to live a little."
    Reid: " Live a little, I've known you 48 hours. I feel like I've aged ten years."
  • Reid: (Getting out of pool) "I, uh, fell in."
    Elle: "Sure."
  • Lila: I wish, uh, things have been more normal when we had met Reid: Lila believe me when i say this I've never known a normal day in my entire life.
  • Morgan: (to Reid) Goodnight Hollywood. Reid: Come on man. Morgan: (laughs) You know Reid, your lucky they didn't get a shot of you next to the pool drying you gun you looked like a wet rat. (Reid looks away) Hey i was playing.

The turning point in the investigation:
After interviewing Lila Archer, they realize that her stalker - aggressively protective by killing potential rivals and her manager - has known her for years. Spencer notices the photo collage. He takes it apart and pieces it back together, realizing all of the images were of Lila over the years. They find out that the collage was given to Lila by some one she knew in college.

Whodunit?
The production assistant, Maggie Lowe. They had known each other in college and Lila stayed in Maggie's dorm room for a weekend when she had no heat. Lila had forgotten all about the incident, but Maggie did not. Maggie believed that she was in love with Lila and that everything that she was doing was to help Lila become a successful actress.

Don't get me wrong - a little flirting here and there is fine, but I thought this was just too much. It took away from the case too much. Not only does it not seem like something Reid would do, but it was obvious even then that this little Reid-n'-Lila thing was not going to last more than one episode. All in all, not my favourite episode.

I thought the interaction between them was very sweet, especially when Lila pulled him into the pool on the guise of asking for help in getting out. :D Then playfully but happily laughing at him after seeing her little scheme worked out to her advantage.

After pretending to be mad at her for a few moments, he briefly gives into his own laughter just before the kissing starts. Spencer gets his very first kiss and back at Quantico afterwards a cool nickname from Morgan. 'Hollywood'. (I think that fits him perfectly. ;D )

I was quite happy when that happened because they both seemed to fit just perfectly together. When Mags discovered them together, I liked the way that he managed to both disarm and then comfort her afterwards. All in all..it was a very happy episode, I thought, one of the very few where our good Dr. Reid doesn't get hurt or injured but gets to keep some happy memories and a happy bubbly feeling out of it instead. I was really glad to see him pull the mag out of his bin and place it in the bottom drawer of his desk just before leaving.
