Norman Hill, a middle-aged man who pulled over to change a tire on his car. His younger daughter came over to help him and was struck and killed by an oncoming vehicle. Norman blamed himself and thought his family did as well, causing him to feel inadequate and emasculated. He killed his family, but continued to hallucinate that they were still alive. After being cut off by a female driver (who resembled his wife) and then being belittled by her, Norman snapped and pulled out a gun and shot her.
