The Big Wheel

When the team is sent a videotape from a serial killer detailing one of his crimes, they discover a hidden message asking them to help him stop his murderous ways.

Set in:
Buffalo, NY
Best Moments Between Characters:

  • The final scene with Morgan and Stanley. Stanley asked Morgan if Vincent was the man who had killed his mother. Morgan didn't have to say a word; Stanley felt the answer in Morgan's face.

  • When Hotch told Garcia to pack her "go" bag. It's nice to see Garcia go with the team.

Best Lines:

  • discussing the unsub's videotape
Det. Henderson: You're right. He's been doing this for 10 years.
Garcia: Nah, more like 20. The woman in this video... she's wearing a sweater I haven't seen since Flashdance.

The turning point in the investigation:
After the incident where Vincent got shot the second punk from the street mentioned the noise the unsub made to Morgan. Morgan knew immediately that Stanley was the key to the unsub (aka Vincent).

Vincent. He had seen his father kills his mother when he was a young boy. He grew up to repeat his father's crime over and over.
