JJ has heart. She picks the cases, she gets the team involved. She's the media liaison.... she's the heart and soul of the team.
2.07 North Mammon
When she calls the parents on their 'fighting' and squabbling and lets them know they are giving in to the unsub.
007luvscriminalminds
JJ is relate able. There are so many aspects of her life people can relate to. I can relate to her because my sister committed suicide when I was 11, too. It is hard to see a character like that leave. When she does leave, just like the characters lose pieces of themselves, the show will lose a piece of itself that it will never be able to get back. She has great chemistry with all the characters and it's rare when you see that. The other members don't show any emotion, besides Garcia, and that show needs that core of these people are human too and JJ provides that. CM will never be the same. Ever. Period. I like how after she had Henry, it made the notifications mean more, because she could imagine, what if I lost Henry? It was nice to have another person on the show have a family.
5x13 Risky Business-
At the end of the episode when she has that special moment with Hotch, that made me well up and cry. It was so sentimental.
3x11 Birthright-
A.J. was great in this episode. Her being emotional reminded us all that she's a human and that she does cry.
4x14 Cold Comfort-
When JJ got angry with Rossi because he wouldn't let the mother have hope, it reminded me that sometimes, you need to be on the side of the family, not just focusing on the Unsub. It really truly sums up how she can love everyone.
6x01 The Longest Night
The funny parts where she was on hold, and the part where she had that moment over the radio just sums up who she is. Caring, yet funny. And her speech to the unsub made me get off the coach and go hug my mom.
6x02 JJ
Her last episode was the greatest performance by AJ Cook. The last scene with Garcia, that wasn't acting. Every time I watch it I cry.
SereneShadow
JJ is such an inspiring, wonderful character. She's not afraid to show raw emotion, and she helps victims and their families on some of the worst days of their lives.
4x24: Amplification
JJ has to decide whether or not to tell her husband about the chemical warfare being released, as it could harm her son. "I don't know how to do this."
MorganNGarciaPlease
JJ is the heart of the team. She is the one that reminds the entire team of their own humanity. She is the team member most likely to console and support a victim or their families on the worst days of their lives.
4x15: Zoe's Reprise
JJ helps Rossi understand that it is because of a speech he gave at Georgetown, that she decided to join the FBI.
6x01: The Longest Night
I had to add this on...
JJ's speech to the unsub over the EAS system. Her hostage negotiation skills may not be smooth, but her honesty and heartfelt definition of motherhood brought tears to my eyes.
ILuvDoktorREID
She is a strong woman & hard worker. Love the way she takes care of her team/family. I also Love her close friendship with "Spence"
4x7: Memoriam
My Fav. is when she has Baby Henry & has a special moment with Dr.Reid when she asks him to be his Godfather! So Sweet, I cried like a baby myself.

JJFan84

JJ is the the keeper of the BAU family. She is strong caring and compassionate. She pours her heart into helping victims and families. Because you do anything for family. She is Hotch's right hand. Because you can see it all through her eyes without her having to say a word. She is the heart and soul of the team helping them to hold onto the humanity.

5x13 Risky Business
She was amazing throughout that whole episode. But the moment at the end with Hotch was beautiful. It made me cry. "It does get easier Hotch. Loosing someone is never easy but one day you'll think of her and it you won't hurt you'll be happy" Not only her words but the amount of emotion conveyed through her eyes and his was so powerful.

JJ is amazing. There's' no other word to describe her. Shes' the caring, kind one of the team, and she was a mother figure before she was even a mother. Nobody understands like she does. Shes' passionate about her job, &she loves the team with all her heart. She doesn't' let her family get in the way of her professionalism, and the only time she got close to doing so, she asked for a second opinion and went on that. She trusts the team completely, shes' the most understanding, compassionate, wonderful woman, and shes' not afraid to do what needs to be done for the sake of the team, even though it hurts her at the time. She was missed by every single fan for the short time she was on maternity leave, and we're all going to miss her more than anything when she leaves. She cares about Henry more than anything else, and she suits Will exactly. shes' smart, and sassy , and she in no way deserves to be cut off from Criminal Minds. Shes' the only one that's' left so far that I'm' prepared to fight for, and I will still fight if there was a chance wed' get her back. Shes' gorgeous, and Aj is a fantastic actress, and we all love her loads.

I don't' have a favourite... There are so many amazing times... I like all the times she was in Garcias' office with Garcia, and the times she said something truly touching, and the time she said "You aren't' my friend. You can call me Jennifer"... or something to that effect, to Jacob Dawes (?) in Riding the Lightning. ♥

youdude

JJ is the most compassionate and relateable team member. I love how she interacts with the family of victims and with the other team members. She’s also funny and she has great chemistry with the rest of the team, which I’m worried a replacement won’t be able to have. When she was on maternity leave, all the fans missed her and they’ll miss her now too.
Too many to pick one. My favourite JJ lines: My friends call me JJ. You’re not my friend- you can call me Jennifer. Behave, boys, or I will ground you both. If you stop caring, you’re jaded. If you care to much, it’ll ruin you.

JJ is not a profiler, but she is still part of the team. She plays her role exceptionally well but is often underappreciated. She is my favourite character and i think the show and the team will definitely lose something without her
North mammon. When Hotch asks her to become a profiler, but she politely refuses and said that she likes her job and dealing with the families.
ZivaFanaticNCIS - though if you saw my page it should be: JJFanaticAJCOOK
JJ is the reason I watch the show, thus I am not watching when she leaves. No one gives here any credit for what she does. She's the one who has to decided on which cases to take and which ones to leave at the wayside, image finding out that someone died because you choose another case (she has to have some heart.) She is my favorite character and the show will lose some fans and the heart of the team!
She is the heart! I love every episode that she is the main focus - I think my fav moment is when she played cards with criminal and AJ Cook showed off major acting skills with "you call jennifer" but I also liked all the scenes where she showed she had heart!

beccaboo116

I love JJ cuz she is just amazing. I can't believe they are letting such a talented and amazing actress go. Even though I will continue to watch the show, I know that it will never be the same without her. Who will be there to call Reid "Spence"? Who will be there to show off her beautiful baby? We love you JJ!!!

I love the scene in the hospital after she had her baby and Reid was holding the beautiful new born and JJ told Reid that he was going to be the godfather and Reid was saying that he could get the beautiful little baby into a good college when it was time. Actually I love all the scenes with Reid and JJ.

Rainedrop

She is a sweetheart and she is quite awesome

When in season 5 she explains to hotch about her sister
grigorits
i love jj cos in my opinion she is the heart to the team. I like how she handles all the cases she can be support family's, care for them but in the same time she is so strong. I started to watch the show part of cos of her. the other part was Reid. i saw this video about episode 2x15 with her and Reid. I just loved the characters. and then i just became addicted to the show.
my all time fave is 5x13. loved the scene with her and Hotch.
5x16 all the moments with the mother who had lost her child
4x24 when she admitted she doesn't know how to to do it
And all the episodes where she has all the sweet moments with Garcia, Reid, Hotch, Emily

hollyxocriminalminds

JJ is one of the most relate-able characters on the show! She's the heart of the team and keeps them all together when they are having a tough time with a case or just in their everyday lives. She has her moments where she can be emotional and she doesn't know what to do but at the same time, she is very strong and knows how to handle herself, especially in front of the media and cameras on a difficult case. AJ Cook is an amazingly talented and beautiful actress that will be immensely missed by every single person who watches Criminal Minds. I will miss JJ holding the remote and telling the team about the newest case in the conference room, her girl talks with Garcia and Emily, her jokes with Morgan, and her sweet moments with Reid.
I LOVE AND SUPPORT
AJ COOK/JENNIFER JAREAU FOREVER!!! SHE WILL BE GRATELY MISSED AND CERTAINLY NOT FORGOTTEN BY THE FANS OF CRIMINAL MINDS. <3 <3

I love JJ in North Mammon and Risky Business. By far the best JJ episodes. We really found out about her more in those episodes. Any time that she was with Will was a cute scene. The end of Memorium, when she made Reid Henry's Godfather, and at the end of Normal, when she and Henry came to visit the team. When she was talking with the mother in Public Enemy, it showed how much she cared for the woman and her daughter. But JJ isn't always serious, which we see in the Boogeyman, when she tells Reid and Morgan, and when she and Emily are out getting coffee and Garcia went shopping(can't remember the episode that is from) and also, at the beginning of the Big Game, when she is beating all of the guys at darts. Any moment that she is with Garcia is usually funny and she has great chemistry with the rest of the team, especially, Morgan, Reid and Emily.
sacsims
I'm not one to vent my love for JJ, it would just take too long. But I will say she is greatly loved by ALL CM fans and will never be forgotten.
I loved in "Penelope" where at the end Deputy Battle is in the BAU taking a cop hostage, JJ's the only one with a clean shot and she shoots him in the head indirectly saving Garcia's life. She said "I didn't even blink."
Mrs. Spooner
Simple......She is awesome and definitely one of the freshest and lightest faces of the team, that has a lot more to give us.
"Revelations" was fascinated by the way she reacted the whole time, It was unpredictable, kept me at the edge of my couch the whole episode.
soccgirl
I loved how she didn't do what she was told to do in a professional way but a way a loving and caring person would do it. I'm glad she didn't become a profiler.
I loved JJ in the episode The Longest Night. She reminded us that sometimes doing it the professional way isn't the best way but doing it the way that comes naturally. She also reminded us that every team needs a humane person. <3

Courtie_250
I love how JJ is this awesome, caring, funny member of the team. No one can ever replace her. There’s just too many “JJ” moments that I love and will miss.
leleanne
JJ is an amazing character and I'd like to believe that her awesomeness mirrors her real personality as AJ Cook.
JJ is the glue, sort of like a maternal figure to everyone in the CM family and I love how she was always the voice of reason. She is like a fictional character that we'd all like to be best friends with because she's just so amazing and down to earth and sincere. Will miss JJ/AJ Cook so much.
So many moments where she takes care of the victims and/or their families when everyone else is busy to notice..
She embodied all the positive aspects of humanity and i can't pick just one scene cos there's too many scenes to go through! ah love JJ
ReidsApprentice
I love how caring and compassionate she is. Even though she gets emotional over some cases, that doesn't get in the way of her job, it makes her better at it.
1x04 Plain Sight: When she goes on a "date" with Reid to a Redskins game.
2x15 Revelations: She has do deal not only with Reid's kidnapping, but her own encounter with the dogs.
3x10 Birthright: When Hotch explains that its okay that the job gets to her sometimes.
3x20 Lo-Fi: The announcement of both her pregnancy and engagement.
4x07 Memoriam: Henry is born and Garcia and Reid agree to be his godparents.
And any episode with Henry.
mathwiz232
JJ is such a loving and caring person. She holds the entire team together. She is so good with the victims of each case because she genuinely cares about them and can sympathize. she also deals really well with the general public and doesn't get at all flustered when they press her for more info. i will miss her talking to Garcia and Emily, joking with Morgan and Hotch, and every moment with Reid. WE LOVE YOU JJ!!!!
there are way too many JJ moments that i love but my favorite episodes have to be:
2x18 "Jones" when JJ meets future husband Will
3x20 "Lo-Fi" because it's so sweet that Will quits his job for JJ
4.07 "Memoriam" when we meet Henry!!!! and she names Garcia and Reid the godparents
Kévin10 (From France)
I speak for all the French fans of the series Criminal Minds (Criminal Minds in France) will tell you that JJ and greatly missed. It's a big loss for the series for the team and fans.
In short, we expect to see more. Bye-Bye JJ, and thank you for these amazing 5 seasons!
2x15 Revelations & 4x07 Memoriam

Savvysavy

I love JJ for her motherly love for the team. She was always there to comfort and console the team and I don't know whats going to happen to the show without her there. We'll miss you JJ!!!

4.07 "Memoriam" I love the conversation she has with Reid in the end of the episode.
3.09 "Penelope" When we see her shoot her first Unsub.
4.24 "Amplification" The pictures she shows Garcia of her son.
5.16 "Mosely Lane" When she believed Sara's story even after years of her telling the same one.
6.01 "The Longest Night" When she uses the emergency broadcast system.
And so many more.
:)

Spencer'sGirl

I love JJ for the way she keeps the team together. She is motherly to all the members of the team. I'm going to miss the illegal fun she has with Garcia, the way she comforts Reid and Hotch. I'll miss you JJ.

Honestly there are too many to choose from. I think North Mammon, Risky Business, Birthright, The Longest Night and Memoriam are some of the best JJ episodes.
JennLovesReid
I love JJ because she keeps the team together like glue. AJ Cook is from Canada, as am I. I think it is awesome to have a Canadian girl playing on the show. JJ is very inspiring to others, and a role model for women pursuing a career in law enforcement.

6.01 "The Longest Night" when talking to Billy Flynn about how a mother should act towards their children over the emergency broadcast system.
5.13 "Risky Business" when she pushes the team into believing that the suicides were really murders.
3.09 "Penelope" When she shot the unsub in the head without flinching to protect her family.
many more!!!
Reidsgirl4
Everybody loves JJ and they all probably have different reasons. I like JJ not only because she's just a bubbly person who added to the plot, but because she's so caring. In a lot of the cases (Especially 4x24 "Amplification") She's so motherly and caring. You can tell in "Amplification" that it's really hard for her to stick to protocol and not warn her loved ones about the danger.

I can't choose a favorite JJ moment, as it is there are so many. I enjoy her in 3x09 when she really takes control. It's a side of her that you rarely get to see. She's extremely gentle, But when needed, she'll definitely take charge.

CMlover234

There are SO many reasons why love JJ. She is caring, funny, has a heart of gold, sweet, strong, and just plain awesome! I love how she comforts everyone (especially the victim's parents, friends, or family). I love her fun relationship with Garcia. I love how she genuinely cares about her team/family. I especially love her relationship with "Spence". Without JJ the team isn't the same anymore. I still absolutely LOVE the show but it is just not the same without her. We all love and miss you JJ!

Honestly there are so many amazing JJ episodes and scenes that I couldn't possibly name them all. Here are some that I love:
1/14 "Riding the Lightning" I like when she says to Jacob Dawes My friends call me JJ and he says well hello JJ then she says your not my friend you call me Jenifer.
2/15 "Revelations" I love how concerned she is about Reid. You can see that she genuinely cares about Reid.
3/9 "Penelope" We see JJ shoot her first unsub to protect Garcia.
4/7 "Memoriam" JJ asks Reid to be Henry's godfather.
5/16 "Mosley Lane" JJ was amazing how she believed and comforted Sara when no one else did.
6/1 "The Longest Night" JJ's speech to Billy Flynn was AMAZING!
6/2 "JJ" JJ (AJ cook) was awesome in this episode. The way she comforted the parents and how she handled everything . This is probably one of my favorite and least favorite episode. I just wished she didn't leave. :(

SarahKasher

JJ is the heart of the team, she brings each individual member together when people need them the most. She is not afraid to show emotion proving that everybody is human and its alright to cry. No matter what she is there for everybody if they ever need somebody even just to talk to. Whilst doing her job she still manages to have fun and still remains professional. Shes just full of little quirks. After gorgeous Henry is born she still remain loyal to the team by coming back early from maternity leave even though she hated leaving Henry, this shows true dedication. JJ also shows a more motherly instinct towards cases, feeling pressure and intense emotion with hard cases, especially ones which include death of a child or a mother worried for her child. JJ and especially the wonderful and talented AJ Cook are truly awe inspiring and amazing. Criminal Minds have lost a true friend and asset to the family. Why did you have to let her go? Even though I still find it hard to follow her advice,"There are things we don't want to happen, but have to accept; things we don't want to know, but have to learn, and people we can't live without, have to let go" You will be truly missed!!

I could actually list down every episode JJ appeared in because she is an amazing actress in each and every thing she does but I have managed to narrow them down to a 'few'.

Firstly of course is 'JJ' it was a fantastic episode with so much emotion especially from all the other team members.Only negative is of course departure of the wonderful AJ Cook/JJ.

Then 'Longest Night' wen JJ is impatient on the phone trying to get to the radio command centre and ends up eventually speaking to the Madame Secretary. And of course when she talks to Billy over the radio and her speech with leads him to release Ellie Spicer.

'Memoriam' when JJ goes into labour and everyone is rushing round after her, I loved Hotch's tone of calmness when he say I'll get the car. Not forgetting the moment when Reid gets to the hospital and see his godson Henry, that moment is precious and slightly funny when they are talking about universities.

Of course 'Jones' when JJ and Will first met. Nothing really happened until 'In Heat' when they first kissed and the whole team said finally , it was a very funny moment! On the topic of JJ and Will I liked the episode 'Lo-Fi' when JJ and Will announced that they are expecting their child and that they are engaged to the team.

Finally 'Penelope' when JJ shoots her first unsub (minus Tobias's dogs) for Penelope Garcia as he shot her after going on a pretend date with her. It was a very good clean shot right in the head, although Hotch didn't look too pleased.

SSAReid
She turned down an offer to become a profiler. Instead, she continued working with the families and law enforcement agencies. To me, she was the one that didn't like the spotlight. She was happy where she was.
'Mosley Lane': JJ didn't have to believe the mom's story, even though it was the same one told many times before. JJ had a hunch that the mom was onto something. If the team hadn't followed JJ's hunch, more children would have died

'Lauren:' JJ told the team that Prentiss didn't make it through the surgery. However, she called Hotch aside and said something to him. What she said, is not certain, since there is no dialogue.
NaraTsukiko
JJ, like most of the team, has some really screwed up stuff in her past but she never lets it get to her. She uses it to drive her forward and make her better at her job. Even after she met Will and had Henry, the team were her family. She was the one they went to for help, a shoulder to cry on or just a friend. She had to be practically forced to leave the BAU and even though it broke her heart, she held her head high and walked out of the bullpen like she owned the place.
I loved when she scared Morgan and Spence in 'The Boogeyman' (2x06) with her story about being afraid of the woods. She took them in completely and Morgan's face was priceless.

Saying goodbye to the team was heart-wrenching for everyone but she held it together for her family.

I know they have her for one episode. It was so dumb to write her off bring another in and now Pentiss is going. Is there some confusion? Ask the viewers, we love what JJ brought to the show. She was sweet and seemed real like there is life outside of all the killings. Her husband was so cute with her. Bring them back
