Why did she want to get rid of Hotchner at first? Do you find this valuable?

I believe she was threaten by him...He could see right thru her.....I loved to hate her...I thought her exit was alittle weak for her....I thought if she had to go; she would leave with more dignity. She is a very strong woman. Stubborn even. I wouldn't have guess booze would make her cave.
