DSM means data of statitistics and manuals of mental disorder 4th edition.............or rather you can read Synopsis of Psychiatry................Rectifying some typographical error............It's Diagnostics and Statistics of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition

Glad you corrected this as it is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fourth Edition or DSM-IV. This publication can be obtained from the APA or American Pyschological Association.
