What's the piano song that Sammy plays in 6x16?

The autistic boy constantly plays this song throughout the episode. In fact, in the promo he is playing it with Reid! I love this song, what's it called? I tried googling it but nothing came up? 15  out of 19 found this valuable. Do you?

Does anyone have an idea of where we could find the partition? I for one would love to play it, but my musical ear sucks big time, I can't figure out the simplest of notes by ear ;D. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

It also sounds like Aakhri Alvida by Strings a bit and Illabye by Tipper
To your piano question, i found out that the first notes are:
(The ones closest to Middle C)
B, D Fb and G
Then it switches to:
B, D, A G and something else >.< Srry. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

I figured part of it out by ear. It starts with B-D-F#-G (4x) on the left hand in the octave closest to middle C. Then in the next octave the right hand plays B-D-B(higher octave)-A-F#-A while the left hand keeps playing B-D-F#-G. You do that twice. And then the left hand switches to A-D-F#-A(higher octave) (not 100% sure on that one) an the right hand plays B-A. That's al I've got so far but I hope it helps! 3  out of 3 found this valuable. When i first listened this song i was like: wowwwwwww omggggggg. Ok."Brother" by Road Hawgs. Who hearded this song to tell us that is the same. I couldn't find anywere:( Sounds quite similar with Adele - Turning tables but is not. I stick to my opinion that is special made for CM.
