"I'm not sure why so many people are saying the show is going downhill just because of certain people leaving. I HATE that Prentiss is leaving and that J.J. is gone but I, (speaking for myself) am going to stick by the other actors and the show I love. There is much more to come that a lot of people are going to hate they missed, if they stop watching. Trust me. Only 4 1/2 hours of waiting left! I have my drinks and tissure ready :("

"I think a lot of it is that it seems like women specifically are being taken off the show, which I know bothers me a lot. I post CM vids on YT and women aged 18+ are far and away the largest demographic who watch vids and chat on sites like these, so I would consider them to be the fan base. While I know women enjoy seeing good-looking men as the heroes, we also like seeing women who are in strong roles, like Prentiss' character as a profiler, especially. To take her off this show is a mistake and while there may be an opportunity to bring on someone new, it won't be the same. Not to mention all the tension that had been created by CBS' choice to cut her number of episodes this season has left many fans (like myself) extremely irate with 'the powers that be' at CBS. Do we still have other characters that we will watch and enjoy on the show? Sure, but it's the principle of the thing that rubs me the wrong way. "

"Tonight's episode is the culmination of the whole Prentiss / Ian Doyle story. The season finale is set, tonight's episode will most likely be action packed. I really like how the writers have gone about intermixing this story into the weekly profiling. I would like to see Prentiss come back to the show for season 7 but that remains to be seen, I am happy JJ is back for an episode though."
