Favourite Character relationship development episode
Aug 30 2011, 3:24 AM EDT
Just wondering what everyones favourite character relationship development episode is?For example, an Episode that features a relationship (romantic or no) between two of the characters; Morgan and Prentiss, Morgan and Garcia, Reid and Gideon, Hotch and Prentiss....etc I like 'Fear and Loathing' and 'Lauren', for the relationship between Prentiss and Morgan. I got addicted to CM a little while ago, and think Emily is absolutely the bravest member on the team. (it didn't hurt that one of the first episodes i saw was 'Lauren' :-P ) Opinions? Do you find this valuable?

Yeah I love ''Lauren'' for the Morgan/Prentiss relationship too. There's actually a few Morgan/Prentiss episodes.

"..and think Emily is absolutely the bravest member on the team.."I agree on this. I always loved the Morgan/Garcia relationship. Best moments of those two at "Penelope" when he says to her "..you know I love you.." and "Mayhem", after the ambulance explosion: Morgan: Talk to me. Garcia: Not now, I'm mad at you.. I sooo love this moment :-) Do you find this valuable? |

The best ones for the Morgan/Reid relationships vary by season I guess. Brotherly relationship or otherwise is up to everyone. But the best one for season 3 is Elephant's Memory where Morgan tells him that when it comes to being bullied or treated badly in school that everyone has an elephant's memory. Another good one is With Friends Like This where they are having another heart to heart, granted in the restroom but it was probably the only place they could talk without being overheard by the officers or the team. And it is good to see that Morgan was understanding that Reid's age was a scary time for him because of his fears of schizophrenia developing. (Although I'm sure since he's 30 now the risk has gone down a little bit right? I'm not sure on this so please don't hold me to it.) It was also good because it was the first time he called Reid 'Pretty Boy' since season 3. And he said it with what could be seen as affection or compassion compared to other times he said it. But the greatest one will always be the epic prank war. They are good together and that shows in the rare times they are partnered for cases. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
